Building a Smart Foundation for Preschoolers

By the time they’re in preschool, children are ready to learn their ABCs and 123s. But just as important, they’re ready for social skills, good manners, and the communication tools that will help them form better relationships with adults and peers. Children’s Village structures its curriculum to educate the whole child—mentally, socially, emotionally, and physically—at every stage of development.

Preschoolers are more independent and more self-sufficient, and they need the chance to direct their own activities. They also need to learn how to respect others, take care of themselves, and respect other people’s property. We weave these lessons into daily activities children can understand, in a nurturing environment where kids feel safe.

Our teachers will also keep you updated on your child’s growth in the classroom, and our online parent-teacher communication system allows you to see what’s happening in the classroom in real time. Parental involvement plays a critical role in a child’s success, and we’ll work with you to ensure you can help your child continue to build on what happens in the classroom.
