Accreditations

Paths to Quality

We’re proud to have achieved the Paths to Quality Level Four distinction. This accreditation marks our childcare programs as among the most highly rated in the country, both for the quality of the care we provide and the professionalism of our staff. It serves as recognition of the effectiveness of our curriculum, which educates children through play. We are also accredited by the Council on Accreditation.

Head Start

Children’s Village values programs that place an emphasis in helping our children grow. For this reason, Children’s Village is proud to have Head Start and Early Head Start accreditation.

Through our Head Start programming, Children’s Village helps promote readiness of children under five from low-income families by enhancing their cognitive, social, and emotional development. Head Start programs provide a learning environment that supports children’s growth in many areas such as language, literacy, and social and emotional development.

In addition to being a Head Start program provider, Children’s Village also offers Early Head Start programs. Through our Early Head Start accreditation, we serve infants, toddlers, pregnant women, and their families who have incomes below the federal poverty level.

On My Way Pre-K

Children’s Village is thankful to be an accredited On My Way Pre-K childcare center. Through this accreditation, we are qualified to accept On My Way Pre-K grants, which are awarded to low-income families of 4-year-olds so that they may have access to a high-quality pre-K programing the year before they begin kindergarten.

Childcare and Development Fund

At Children’s Village, we are happy to accept childcare assistance from the Child Care and Development Fund. The Child Care Development Fund (CCDF) is a federal program that helps low-income families obtain childcare so that they may work, attend training, or continue their education. The purpose of CCDF is to increase the availability, affordability, and quality of childcare.
